Mornington Court is a luxury 57 bed care home that provides the most luxurious surroundings and the very best in residential and dementia care and support.

The Care Activities Coordinator role is a hands-on working role with responsibility for coordinating and delivering a range of activities and programs to enhance the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement activity plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
  2. Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of activities and programs.
  3. Source and procure materials and resources required for activities and programs.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and programs.
