We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Designer to join our team at Brandon James Ltd. As a Senior Principal Designer, you will play a crucial role in leading our construction consultancy's projects and providing expert advice to clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead meetings and provide expert advice to clients on construction projects
  • Manage and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet client expectations
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
  • Technical IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CDM roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently
