  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and enhance financial reporting systems and processes.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain robust internal controls.
  • Support the company's growth through acquisitions.
  • Conduct financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition financial management.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's financial stability.

Requirements:

  • A professional qualification (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software
  • Driving Licence (required)
