Job Title: Artwork Manager

We are seeking an experienced Artwork Manager to join our team at Manpower UK Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the full artwork process, from design briefing to print management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the flow of new artworks through the design briefing and adaptive design process.
  • Deliver innovative artworks to printers, prioritizing key strategic projects and managing the workload of Artwork designers.
  • Full management of AW projects for key projects, including leadership updates.
  • Facilitate print trials and manage color proof processes across all projects.
  • Drive constant project learning and artwork process improvement, leveraging learnings from other projects.
Requirements:
  • Experience in artwork production or print management.
  • Organizational skills, including project management, network planning, time management, flexibility, and ability to deliver under pressure.
  • A creative, logical, and analytical mind to generate innovative solutions to technical problems.
  • Attention to detail and computer literacy.
  • Ability to work in English language.
