We are seeking an experienced Artwork Manager to join our team at Manpower Group (UK). As an Artwork Manager, you will be responsible for leading the full artwork process, from design briefing to print management and 3D rendered images.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the flow of new artworks through the process of design briefing and adaptive design, to artwork production, print management, and 3D rendered images.
  • Deliver innovative artworks to printers, prioritizing key strategic projects and managing Artwork designers' workload and prioritization.
  • Full management of AW projects for key projects, including leadership updates.
  • Facilitate print trials and manage color proof processes across all projects.
  • Drive constant project learning and artwork process improvement, leveraging learnings from other projects, including post-project evaluations and cascading updates to the wider team.
  • Drive artwork process excellence: early input, proper sign-off, creating documents, execution benchmarking, continual prioritization, creative problem-solving.
  • Continue to improve the 'One stop shop' for artwork, stepping up process efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience in artwork production or print management is essential.
  • Organizational skills: project management, network planning, time management, flexibility, and ability to deliver under pressure.
  • Communication skills: team briefing and interaction, project meetings chairperson, upholding accountability within teams, project proposals, and updates to leadership.
  • A creative, logical, and analytical mind to generate innovative solutions to technical problems.
  • Experience working in partnership with x-functional partners is beneficial.
  • Attention to detail and computer literacy is a must for this role.
  • Ability to work in English language.
  • By combining technical knowledge with a passion for creative problem-solving, you never hesitate to act when faced with project obstacles.
  • You are detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple fast-track projects in a collaborative team environment.
