About the Role

ABM UK is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability and Social Value Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sustainability and social value aspects of our supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee Supplier Performance

Monitor and report on supplier performance metrics related to sustainability and social impact.

Collaborate with Suppliers

Work closely with suppliers to develop improvement plans and provide guidance on meeting sustainability goals.

Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sustainability and social value.

Collaborate with Internal Teams

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure supplier performance aligns with ABM UK's sustainability and social impact goals.

Develop and Deliver Support Training

Develop and deliver training to enhance supplier understanding of sustainability and social value requirements.

Experience and Skills

Experience in supplier interaction ideally within facilities services or similar environment.

Good knowledge of sustainability principles and ideally social value frameworks.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Good MS Office skill set, ability to present in Excel and PPT.
