Private Client Department: Wills and Probate Solicitor/FCILEx
Browns Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is seeking a skilled solicitor/FCILEx to join our private client department, specializing in wills and probate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and Preparation: Drafting of wills, lasting powers of attorney, and trusts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
- Estate Administration: Administering and managing estates, including probate and estate distribution.
- Court of Protection Experience: Providing support and guidance in Court of Protection matters, ensuring the best interests of clients are represented.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in wills and probate, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex estate administration tasks.
Salary: Competitive salary dependent on experience.
