The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, administering trusts, and estate administration, with some experience in the Court of Protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting Wills and LPAs for clients
  • Administering and drafting trusts

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor/FCILEx with experience in Private Client law
  • Strong knowledge of Wills, LPAs, trusts, and estate administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
