Private Client Solicitor Opportunity in Southampton

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its team in Southampton. As a key member of the private client team, you will be responsible for building trusted relationships with clients and handling a varied caseload, including wills, probate, COP, IHT, tax planning, trusts, LPAs, and estate administrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate administrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Contribute to business development and networking efforts to gain new business.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience in private client law, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including wills, probate, and estate administrations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
