Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team as a Bank Physiotherapist. As a Bank Physiotherapist, you will provide highly specialist and evidence-based assessment, outcome measures, diagnosis, and intervention for paediatric clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in discharge planning and liaise with external agencies to ensure a safe and supportive discharge for patients.
  • Comply with confidentiality policies and respect patients' rights to be chaperoned.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient treatment records and reports.
  • Manage clinical risk and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Recommend and provide therapy equipment within your scope.
  • Participate in departmental training programmes and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Physiotherapy
  • HCPC Registration
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Proven experience in neurodevelopment and neurology and/or paediatric MSK and orthopaedics
  • Knowledge of paediatric outcome measures and standardised assessments
  • Knowledge of specialist equipment appropriate to paediatric physiotherapy
