About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team in the Recovery Independence Bed unit. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the healthcare needs of patients and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor the quality of care provided and make adjustments as needed
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to set goals and achieve successful patient outcomes
- Perform clinical skills such as medication administration, wound care, and catheterization
- Supervise and delegate tasks to junior staff members
- Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines
