Commercial Property Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial/Residential Properties Supervisor to join our team at Wyldecrest Parks. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of commercial and residential properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Administration: Undertake commercial contract administration, ensuring all contracts are signed by tenants or leaseholders with due diligence checks performed.
- Rental Agreement Management: Draw up and issue new/revised commercial and domestic rental agreements, liaising with solicitors for the preparation of new leases and amendments of existing agreements.
- Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with the maintenance team to rectify any issues for rental properties, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to tenants.
- Tenant Liaison: Liaise with agents to find new tenants (residential and commercial) and ensure all appropriate legal documents are in place under the terms of rental legislation.
- Financial Management: Manage rent sheets and accounts, ensuring timely collection of rents due and dealing with business rates, valuations office, and final utility bills for commercial and residential properties.
- Project Management: Oversee various projects relating to new developments/refurbishments, liaising with project managers/contractors to make properties available for rental.
- Health and Safety: Attend Health and Safety meetings for Head Office, ensuring the safety of all staff and visitors at all times.
- Compliance: Liaise with holiday parks/inspection companies regarding Play Equipment annual inspections, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other ad hoc duties regarding rental properties as and when they arise, including liaison with sales accounts team when rent reviews are due and discussions with the CEO to confirm new rents.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in property management, administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Training: Sage/Excel training will be provided.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a full-time salary based on experience.
