Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. In this role, you'll work closely with our clients to provide personal care, support with daily living tasks, and promote their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Support clients with their medication and provide general care and companionship
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individual care plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements
