About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Brain Injury Support Worker to join our team at SweetTree Home Care Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide personalized support to individuals with acquired brain injuries, mental health conditions, or neurological disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, one-on-one support to clients in their homes, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with our clinical teams, including psychologists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation clinicians, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to our high standards of care.
  • Prioritize client safety and well-being, responding to their unique needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 months of experience working with clients with traumatic brain injuries, acquired brain injuries, or neurological conditions.
  • Ability to provide flexible, one-on-one support in clients' homes.
  • Dedication to promoting independence, well-being, and client safety.
  • Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
