Project Manager

Penspen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their exceptional Engineering and Project Management team in the Europe region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of engineering projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Ensure technical consistency and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Develop and implement changes to meet project scope within time, cost, and quality objectives.
- Relevant degree-level qualification in an engineering discipline.
- Chartered status or equivalent desirable.
- Professional registration with PMP/APMP or equivalent desirable.
- Detailed experience of delivering engineering projects in the Oil, Gas, and Energy Transition Industry.
- Experience of all phases within a project, including proposal development and execution.
- High-level computer literacy with MS Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Commercially aware and able to negotiate effectively.
