Overview
Terry Parris Associates is experiencing significant growth in sectors related to metal powders for Additive Manufacturing (AM). We are seeking a dedicated Lead Operations Manager to oversee our production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely project delivery, typically ranging from £500k to £5M, primarily for international clients, while collaborating with sales, design, and procurement teams.
- Direct project execution from initial design through to final installation, coordinating efforts across purchasing, manufacturing, and installation teams.
- Employ project management skills for effective planning, forecasting, budget oversight, and risk assessment, with a focus on achieving cost efficiencies.
- Conduct regular production meetings to monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage recruitment, performance evaluations, and staff engagement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various manufacturing processes.
- Occasional travel may be required for both domestic and international engagements.
- Possess a valid UK Driving Licence and the ability to travel globally.
