Overview of the Position
As a Community Operations Manager, you will engage with diverse individuals daily, ensuring that each day brings new challenges and opportunities. Your role will be essential in fostering connections within our communities, requiring a blend of empathy and analytical skills to effectively manage property-related issues and resident relationships.
The Community Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and overall success of our locations. You will need to confidently lead the management of relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guaranteeing the safety of the location by conducting all necessary health and safety evaluations and risk assessments in line with established protocols.
- Overseeing communal spaces (such as lounges, guest accommodations, and kitchens) and collaborating with residents to enhance their living experience.
- Collaborating with property management teams and contractors to ensure that residents' homes are well-maintained and repairs are executed to high standards.
- Managing the financial aspects of the location, including budget oversight and service charge accounts.
- Engaging with residents and directing them to appropriate health and social services.
- Encouraging participation in social events both within the community and the broader area, while promoting resident involvement initiatives to ensure their voices are heard.
- Building resident confidence by addressing their feedback, managing expectations, and fulfilling our commitments.
- Resolving complaints within the established service level agreements, ensuring that residents are kept informed throughout the process.
