About the Role

Figma is a leading design and collaboration platform that empowers teams to create and innovate together. As a Revenue Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide expert guidance on revenue recognition and ASC606/IFRS 15 compliance
  • Participate in the month-end close process, including contract review, journal entry posting, and slide deck preparation
  • Maintain internal controls for revenue recognition and quote-to-cash functions
  • Continuously improve business processes and systems to enhance documentation and controls
  • Assist in annual audits and quarterly reviews, including walkthroughs and PBC preparation
  • Drive process improvements to reduce the Accounting Close Cycle duration
  • Support ad-hoc projects and requests
Requirements
  • 3+ years of combined experience in public accounting and corporate revenue accounting
  • Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS technology business
  • Up-to-date knowledge of ASC606 and its application to contract review and interpretation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced ERP experience (Netsuite, Workday, Oracle)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy
  • Strong Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • ACA candidate preferred
  • SOX compliant public company experience
  • High proficiency in NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management module in multi-currencies
