Supply Chain Coordinator

The Logistics Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with suppliers, customers, and agencies to coordinate the movement of inbound and outbound goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Logistics Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Managing all administrative tasks for the shipment of finished goods on delivered incoterms
- Managing all administrative tasks for the receipt of raw materials and products, including booking transport and preparing paperwork for all suppliers on non-delivered incoterms
- Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of Warehouse processes, including the execution of Making Material Flow and stocktaking policies and procedures to improve inventory accuracy and control
- Managing the daily manifests to schedule work for receipt into and out of the warehouse
- Supply Chain Metrics, including Gross and agreed inventory accuracy metrics
- Responsible for managing warehouse external storage and premium freight costs
- Leading problem resolution, root cause analysis, and action plans to minimize disruption to the customer and OTD metric

RequirementsExperience Requirements:
- Appropriate workplace experience in a shipping department within a manufacturing, export, import, or logistics environment
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Proficiency in common tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Effective communicator (verbal and written) with developed emotional intelligence
- Works well individually and/or as part of a team and collaborates effectively with others
- Can work in high-pressure situations, prioritize effectively, and multitask
- Has a results-driven approach to work, is proactive, and demonstrates a high level of initiative
