Estimator - Hard FM Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our Workplace Solutions team at Kier Group. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team in upcoming and future tenders for Hard FM contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze Tender Documents to understand requirements related to labor loading, subcontractor/supply chain activities, and TUPE.
- Develop and implement labor loading strategies, taking into consideration activities that would need to be subcontracted, and ensuring compliance with SFG20 guidelines.
- Analyze reactive data to understand staffing levels required and rates sufficient to recover costs.
- Create subcontractor/supply chain quotation requests, ensuring quotes received are in line with specifications provided.
- Participate in workshop sessions to understand the delivery model and review progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Hard FM pricing with a strong commercial track record of success.
- Full knowledge of SFG20 and its application in labor loading.
- Knowledge of Hard FM frameworks, including CCS, would be an advantage.
- History of complex modeling with robust outputs.
