About the Role:

Empro is seeking a skilled Estimator to support our infrastructure services team in upcoming tenders. The ideal candidate will have a background in Hard FM pricing and a proven track record of commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze tender documents to understand requirements related to labor loading, subcontractor/supply chain activities, and TUPE.
  • Apply knowledge of SFG20 standards to labor loading, taking into consideration activities that would need to be subcontracted.
  • Analyze reactive data to understand staffing levels required and rates sufficient to recover costs.
  • Create subcontractor/supply chain quotation requests, ensuring quotes received are in line with specifications provided.
  • Participate in workshop sessions to understand delivery models and review progress.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Hard FM pricing with a proven record of commercial success.
  • Strong knowledge of SFG20 standards.
  • Familiarity with Hard FM frameworks, including CCS.
  • Background in complex modeling, consistently delivering reliable results.
