Apprenticeships Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Apprenticeships Coordinator to join our Emerging Talent & Careers team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our direct-entry apprentices to develop and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and analyze our Emerging Talent & Careers portal, creating regular reports to ensure the effectiveness of our apprenticeship programmes.
  • Work closely with various departments to identify apprenticeship opportunities and procure new providers where required.
  • Review learner evaluation forms to ensure providers are delivering to a high standard and programmes meet business needs.
  • Coordinate learner registrations, progress monitoring, certifications activity, internal/external meetings, and business development opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver learning and development materials, including lunch and learns, and awareness sessions.
  • Liaise with training providers and key partners to ensure our colleagues and learners receive a high-quality service and development.
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of apprenticeships and how they work.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating programmes and projects.
  • Flexible and varied workload, with the ability to support events as required.
  • Strong IT, administrative, organizational, task management, and time management skills.
