About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeships Coordinator to join our Emerging Talent & Careers team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our direct-entry apprentices to develop and achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and analyse our Emerging Talent & Careers portal, creating regular reports to inform business decisions.
  • Work with various departments to identify apprenticeship opportunities and procure new providers where required.
  • Review learner evaluation forms to ensure providers are delivering to a high standard and programmes meet business needs.
  • Review learner progress reports and hold quarterly reviews with colleagues to ensure support is being effectively utilised.
  • Coordinate learner registrations, progress monitoring, certifications activity, internal/external meetings and business development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the creation of learning and development materials, including lunch and learns, and deliver awareness sessions.
  • Liaise with training providers and key partners to ensure our colleagues and learners receive a high-quality service and development.
Requirements
  • Good understanding of apprenticeships and how they work.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating programmes and projects.
  • Flexible and varied workload, with ability to support events as required.
  • Strong IT, administrative, organisational, task management and time management skills.
