Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to join our client's finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing financial insights, promoting financial controls, and delivering strategic financial advice to drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Ensure the integrity of the business's financial performance by providing accurate and timely financial insights, promoting financial controls, and delivering strategic financial advice to drive financial performance.
  • Business Partnership: Act as an independent business partner, interacting with all levels of the organization to develop an in-depth understanding of business drivers that contribute to financial success. Escalate finance-critical issues and maintain cross-functional awareness of potential risks and opportunities within the business.
  • Financial Forecasting and Reporting: Take carriage of financial forecasting and performance reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Financial Optimization: Link business drivers with financial insights to drive profit and working capital optimization, and deliver strategic financial advice to inform pricing and margin models within the development of customer solutions and commercial decisions in the business.
  • Compliance and Process Management: Work in accordance with all processes, systems, and tools, ensuring alignment with overall corporate finance procedures to enable service delivery excellence.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Education: Degree in Finance/Accounting or similar, with CA/CPA (or working towards) certification.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a commercial corporate finance position.
  • Skills: Knowledge of budget development processes, financial reporting, accounting standards, and control frameworks. Proven business partnership skills, with the ability to propose and deliver solutions and develop networks.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
