As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent end-to-end payroll delivery and service to our clients, keeping up to date with new payroll legislation and compliance, and ensuring changes are introduced to client payrolls. You will be the point of contact for your clients and key accounts, supporting them with any payroll queries and providing excellent client communication skills to build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and run multiple payrolls, ideally from an Accountancy Practice or Payroll Bureau
* Maintain knowledge of Sage or other payroll systems
* Deal with client payroll queries with confidence
* Provide exceptional client service and support

Requirements:

* 5+ years payroll experience
* Experience of managing or running multiple payrolls is essential
* Knowledge of Sage or other payroll systems is essential
* Excellent client communication skills and ability to build relationships
