Our team is responsible for maintaining a variety of healthcare facilities, including NHS Trusts, residential care homes, and educational institutions.
Role Overview
Our South East maintenance team has been selected to offer both planned and emergency maintenance services to a leading provider of urgent healthcare services.
We manage a significant volume of patient transport operations annually, ensuring that our facilities remain functional and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering a comprehensive maintenance service, including out-of-hours emergency support.
- Maintaining the structural integrity and operational efficiency of various facilities, including Ambulance Stations and Community Response Posts.
- Engaging in a diverse range of tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, and other essential repairs.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive starting salary along with:
- A company vehicle, fuel card, and uniform.
- Full-time hours with a permanent contract.
- Participation in an on-call rota with standby allowances and overtime compensation.
- 25 days of annual leave, with the potential to increase to 30 days.
