About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Care Manager to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our care service, ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to provide high-quality domiciliary care services
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of our clients
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of care professionals
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business growth targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading a team to provide quality care services
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Commercially aware and able to influence and negotiate
