We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Think Accountancy and Finance. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team, including Accounts Payable and Database administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Financial Support: Assist the marketing team with budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
- Database Management: Maintain a large database of marketing activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct reviews of key client spends, reconciling budgets and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Accruals and Reconciliation: Create necessary accruals and reconcile budgets of key partners to the database.
- Financial Reporting: Support the marketing team with financial reporting, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Invoice Processing: Process supplier invoices and coding of invoices.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Financial Controller, including other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Administrative Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, with a focus on Accounts Payable and Database administration.
- Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in database management and financial software.
