We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Financial Leader to join our client's senior leadership team as Head of Finance. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role in shaping the financial direction of a fast-growing manufacturing business in East Yorkshire.
About the Role:
As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to the business, including forecasting, budgeting, and analysing financial performance. You will also be responsible for managing financial controls, systems, and processes, as well as providing financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial leadership and guidance to the business, including forecasting, budgeting, and analysing financial performance.
- Manage financial controls, systems, and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage a team of financial professionals to ensure effective financial management and reporting.
Requirements:
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or ACMA.
- Experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team of financial professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary in the region of £70,000 - £75,000.
- A generous bonus scheme.
- Private medical cover and pension.
- Flexitime over a 37.5-hour week, including a lunchtime finish every Friday.
- A true hybrid approach, with the offer of 1-2 days per week working from home.
