Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Prosthetic Sales Specialist to join our team in the Southern England region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing technical support and education for our products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development
    • Attain or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
    • Represent Blatchford at trade shows and industry events.
    • Develop and execute a strategic plan for effective sales growth.
  • Customer Support and Education
    • Provide technical support and education for new and existing products.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to support the promotion, use, and sales of our products.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management
    • Work with the logistics department to improve the reliability of our supply chain and plan future orders and demand.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics or an associated discipline.
  • Proven medical device sales experience.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage your own workflow and workload.
  • A full UK driving license.
