We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Oliver Bonas Limited in Watford. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, motivating your team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead by example and provide guidance to all team members, ensuring their personal objectives and the store's objectives are being met.
  2. Work alongside the store manager to ensure the team delivers exceptional customer experiences.
  3. Analyse reports to measure the store's success and identify development areas.
  4. Support your store manager with progress meetings and appraisals for all team members.
  5. Work with your team to develop and support their career progression.
