About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our residential sales team in Greenock. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for carrying out viewings for our sales properties and identifying new opportunities to help our customers through our other products and services.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out viewings for our sales properties.
  • Identify new opportunities to help our customers through our other products and services.
  • Work in line with our compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person.
  • Previous Estate Agency experience would be desirable but not essential.
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
