We are seeking a highly skilled Field Training Engineer to join our team at Network IT Recruitment Limited. As a Field Training Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of hardware, software, and network issues for clients.
- Set up, configure, and deploy IT equipment, including servers, desktops, laptops, networking devices, and peripherals.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as software updates, system backups, and hardware inspections to ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during on-site visits, providing technical support, advice, and solutions in a professional manner.
- Respond to urgent client requests and IT emergencies, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, including Windows and Linux operating systems, network configurations, and common business software.
- Experience dealing with hardware installation, troubleshooting, and repair, including servers, PCs, printers, and networking equipment.
- Have a good understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices.
- Travel frequently and adapt to different client environments and technical challenges.
Requirements:
- Strong technical expertise in IT systems, including Windows and Linux operating systems, network configurations, and common business software.
- Experience dealing with hardware installation, troubleshooting, and repair, including servers, PCs, printers, and networking equipment.
- Good understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently in the field.
