The EMEA Payroll Specialist is a critical member of our global payroll team, responsible for processing end-to-end payroll for EMEA countries with utmost confidentiality of employee records and business information. This role plays a key part in expansion initiatives, including managing the implementation of third-party vendors to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance in multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare global payroll data for processing by third-party payroll administration partners, ensuring accurate and timely processing of company payrolls.
- Identify and drive continuous performance improvement projects to enhance payroll accuracy, compliance, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
- Perform audits and validations of payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure timely preparation, processing, maintenance, and distribution of payroll information, reports, and related working instructions.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll, private employee information, and proprietary data, ensuring secure payroll information.
- French language proficiency is mandatory, with previous experience in managing French payroll.
- 6-8 years of experience in international payroll administration in a Shared Services center environment.
- Experience working with third-party payroll services providers, such as ADP.
- Proven experience with systems like ADP Celergo, ADP Global View, ADP E-Time, and Kelio.
- Technical background in dealing with Time and Attendance systems, Payroll, and HRIS systems interfaces.
- Experience in payroll system implementation, data validation, and data analysis.
- Understanding of SOX Compliance controls for Payroll processes.
- Additional European language skills, such as Italian or Spanish, are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of payroll accounting.
