We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Dover Fueling Solutions in Dundee, Scotland. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Purchase Order Management
    • Place purchase orders and process order acknowledgements in a timely and accurate manner
  • Supplier Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery
  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in a procurement or supply chain role
