About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Barchester Healthcare as a Weekend Care Assistant in Falmouth. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Key Responsibilities

As a Weekend Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living tasks, providing support and companionship, and ensuring their wellbeing and comfort. You will work closely with our care team to deliver person-centered care, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as care planning, medication management, and resident assessment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. You will be a warm and empathetic individual who is able to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and your colleagues. You will be committed to delivering high-quality care and support, and you will be passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of our residents.
