Become an integral part of our Onboarding team at WorldFirst, where your expertise will ensure the efficient registration and verification of our UK and EEA clientele. Collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Support teams, you will undertake comprehensive CDD & KYC/KYB assessments to guarantee a streamlined onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Work in partnership with Sales & Customer Support teams to execute CDD & KYC/KYB assessments
- Effectively manage your workload while adhering to established policies
- Authenticate KYC/KYB documentation and perform regular account evaluations
- Uphold quality benchmarks and foster ongoing enhancements
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders
- Offer insights on onboarding procedures
- Engage with clients to ensure a favorable onboarding journey
- Familiarity with KYC & CDD regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to balance business objectives with risk management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented with a positive and adaptable mindset
- At least 2 years of experience in customer onboarding
- Fluency in English & Mandarin (additional European languages are advantageous)
