Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all pool users.
- Conduct regular pool testing and maintain a high standard of pool cleanliness.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down activities and events, and provide support to other team members as needed.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to correct behaviour of pool users where necessary.
- A high standard of physical fitness.
- Ability to work a varying rotated pattern of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- 22 days' holiday, plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata).
