Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Care Navigator. As a Care Navigator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, and providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare consulting rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is available
  • Check pharmacy fridge temperatures and record temperatures and actions as per practice protocol
  • Undertake weekly and monthly building checks and ensure issues are escalated for immediate resolution
  • Provide administrative support to our clinical team, including booking appointments and managing patient records
  • Deal with patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ensure all staff sign in and out daily and maintain the handover diary
  • Undertake any other general clerical duties required by the practice
