Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by putting the client at the forefront of all interactions
- Familiarize yourself with the company's values and offerings to provide informed support
- Efficiently onboard new clients and service existing ones, ensuring a seamless experience
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, advisers, and paraplanners to drive business growth
- Contribute positively to team dynamics and morale, promoting a collaborative work environment
- Communicate effectively with clients via various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Participate in occasional business projects to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
- Experience in a financial planning environment, preferably with knowledge of investment products such as ISAs, Pensions, and Bonds
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client relationships and data
- Ability to challenge existing processes constructively, driving improvement and innovation
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a self-driven attitude towards personal development
- CII or RO part-qualified preferred, but not essential
