About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Trials Coordinator to join our Critical Care & Perioperative Medicine Research Group at Queen Mary University of London. The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day management of multi-centre trials, ensuring safe and efficient management and adherence to study protocols, current regulatory requirements, and UK legislation.

About You

The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in a biomedical or related subject and considerable experience in coordinating clinical trials. Knowledge of current regulatory requirements and a willingness to travel are essential. The candidate will be a good communicator, team-player, hardworking, and flexible with a willingness to learn new skills.

About the Institute

Our research group, led by Professor Rupert Pearse, conducts projects across east London, the UK, and worldwide. Our research interests include improving outcomes following major surgery, critical illness, polytrauma, and acute kidney injury. The group includes Professor Gareth Ackland, Dr John Prowle, Dr Zudin Puthucheary, Clinical Lecturers, Research Fellows, and PhD students.
