We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enforcement Agent to join our team at Novax Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing Court orders to obtain payments on behalf of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to various locations to execute Court orders and obtain payments from debtors.
- Identify the financial circumstances of debtors and capture key income details.
- Request payment in full or set up affordable repayment arrangements.
- Confidentially and tactfully make enquiries with neighbours to locate debtors.
- Assess vulnerability and signpost debtors to support services as required.
- Liaise with office-based colleagues regarding active cases.
- Oversee payments received and handle cash payments, receipts, and documentation.
- Compile reports and complete necessary paperwork.
- Take control of goods and remove them as necessary.
