About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Legal PA to join our team in Private Clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and paralegals, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and flagging important emails for attention.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects, following through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain practice area organization during holidays and absences, checking for important mail and responding as necessary.
  • Input data into our case management system.
  • Develop intimate knowledge of current office affairs and deal with clients and third parties via email, phone, or in person.
  • Prepare Excel spreadsheets and organize expense claim forms.
  • Pay invoices in compliance with office procedures.
  • Assist with billing, attend team meetings, and prepare bills for lawyers to sign off.
  • Organize time transfers from lawyer suspense accounts to relevant matter numbers.
  • Populate and update internal systems and databases.
  • Share documents within the team and maintain a central database of presentations and templates.
  • SOURCE travel and accommodation, and anticipate important information and documents for fee earners.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel.
  • Willingness to enhance IT literacy through training.
