About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Branch Manager to join our team at Floss Agency. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our branch in Sussex, covering holidays, vacancies, and sickness, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of estate agents, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase property listings and sales, working closely with your team to achieve results.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and conditions, using your expertise to advise vendors and customers on the best course of action.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the estate agency industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel.
