Senior Client Manager Accounts Lead

A fantastic opportunity to work with Pro Talent as a Senior Client Manager, overseeing the workflow of the team and managing staff with regards to training, attendance, and holiday.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to and working alongside associate/partner
  • Reviewing work and finalising accounts, tax returns, letters, and fees to a standard and sending them directly to the client
  • Reviewing client and HMRC correspondence and drafting responses or communicating directly with the client
  • Assisting with ad hoc advisory matters, such as financial forecasts, incorporation, and management accounts
  • Dealing with ad hoc client queries/advice (tax, Xero, etc.)
  • Managing the team with regards to training, attendance, and holiday
  • Overseeing the workflow of the team
  • Competent use of accountancy and taxation software – Xero, CCH, Excel, Word
  • Maintaining a professional working relationship with both clients and colleagues

Skills Required:

  • Qualified ACA or ACCA
  • Confidentiality
  • Experience of supervising and training staff
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Good IT skills

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

  • Pension contribution increased to 5% after 2 years
