We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care. This is a unique opportunity to work in a well-established nursing home with a family-run provider.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all clinical aspects of care within the home, working closely with a team of strong nurses. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate nursing and care colleagues to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure effective induction of all staff, including clinical supervision, mentorship, and assessment of student nurses.
- Work within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and Commission for Social Care Inspection standards.
- Provide leadership and oversee the delivery of high-quality care.
- Current NMC PIN - RGN or RMN with some elderly nursing experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Clear and thorough knowledge of CQC standards.
- Proven experience at supervisory level within a nursing home, preferably as a Home Manager, Deputy Home Manager, Nurse Manager, or Clinical Lead.
- Hourly rate of £24 per hour.
- NMC registration fee reimbursed.
- Paid breaks.
- Meals provided.
