A permanent Youth Services Practice Leader who possesses a degree and has demonstrated experience in personnel management and executing quality assurance activities that lead to improved outcomes for children. This role will oversee and utilize data, intelligence, and support functions across the Youth Justice and Engagement Services. You will have experience in developing innovative assurance tools that identify strengths and areas for enhancement, as well as mobilizing swift practice responses.
