Job Title: Installation and Training Engineer

Job Summary:

Tiger Resourcing Group is seeking an experienced Installation and Training Engineer to join our team. As an Installation and Training Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and training clients on our security systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure security systems at client premises
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of our security systems
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to plan and schedule installations
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure client needs are met
  • Monitor and report on installation progress and any issues that may arise
  • Ensure all installations are completed to the highest standard and meet client expectations
  • Provide technical support and maintenance to clients as needed
  • Conduct site visits to ensure systems are functioning correctly and make any necessary adjustments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in installation and training of security systems
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of security systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
Working Conditions:
  • Work will be performed in a variety of settings, including client premises and our office
  • May require working at heights, in confined spaces, and in other challenging environments
  • Must be able to lift and carry equipment and tools as needed
