Job Title: Installation and Training Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Installation and Training Engineer to join our team at Tiger Resourcing Group. As an Installation and Training Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation and training of security systems at customers' premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, install, and handover projects allocated by the Project Manager.
- Review project details to ensure understanding of contract conditions and suitability of equipment.
- Monitor project progress and advise the Project Manager of any changes or issues.
- Complete commissioning and completion certificates with assistance from a Senior Engineer if required.
- Liaise with the Service Department to handover installations and inform them of important information and features of the system.
- Provide feedback to ensure problems encountered are addressed and highlight areas where installations have gone particularly well.
- Responsible for informing the Project Manager of any occurrences where Junior Engineers are performing exceptionally well or where improvements can be made.
Additional Responsibilities:
Complete expenses sheets daily and submit by the 20th of each month to the Projects Administrator. Maintain the vehicle provided in accordance with the Vehicle Operating Rules. Keep the vehicle clean inside and out. Maintain the mobile telephone in full working order and ensure necessary repairs are carried out quickly in conjunction with the PA. Dress in a professional manner fitting to the task being performed and as the representative of the company. Comply with BS EN ISO9001 and NACOSS procedures, as well as all company GDPR and ISO27001 procedures and obligations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong understanding of security systems and be able to provide training to customers.
