We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Assistant at Werrington Pharmacy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and supporting our pharmacy staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to our patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Pharmacy Support: Assist our pharmacy staff with daily tasks, including dispensing medication, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing priorities.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Not essential, but previous experience in a customer-facing role or pharmacy environment would be beneficial.
  • Training and Development: We offer training and development opportunities, including NVQ2 courses and apprenticeships, to help you grow and develop in your role.
  • Availability: Availability to work every Saturday and flexible hours during the week, including some evening shifts.
